Bunny.net

Bunny.net is a Slovenian edge platform. Its CDN runs from 119 points of presence in 77 countries on a network the company rates at over 250 Tbps, and bills per gigabyte with a USD 1 monthly minimum: 0.01 for Europe and North America, 0.03 for Asia and Oceania, 0.045 for South America, 0.06 for the Middle East and Africa. A separate ten-PoP Volume network drops to 0.005 per GB for the first 500 TB and 0.002 above a petabyte. New accounts get a 14-day trial without a card.

The rest of the platform prices the same way. Edge Storage starts at 0.01 per GB per month in one region and 0.02 per GB per region on the SSD edge tier, across 15 regions. Bunny DNS carries up to 500 zones with unlimited queries at no charge. Stream encodes for free and delivers from 0.005 per GB. Edge Scripting runs Deno at the edge for 0.2 per million requests plus 0.02 per thousand CPU-seconds. Bunny Shield’s free tier covers 25 million requests a month with 71 WAF rules; Advanced is 9.50 a month for 50 million requests and 255 rules.

Against Cloudflare the trade runs both ways. Bunny is an EU company under EU law with a published rate card, where Cloudflare’s volume pricing is a conversation with sales. But Cloudflare’s free plan serves unmetered CDN traffic, so Bunny charges from the first gigabyte where Cloudflare charges nothing, and Cloudflare reaches far more cities and sells a zero-trust suite and a registrar that Bunny has no answer to.

Bunny.net is a Slovenian content delivery and edge platform founded in 2015 by Lovrenc Gregorcic and Dejan Grofelnik Pelzel in Ljubljana. It provides a global CDN, edge DNS, object storage, image optimization, video streaming, and Bunny Shield (DDoS + WAF) — known for predictable per-GB pricing and EU-native data hosting.
