Details

Sweego Transactional Email is a French transactional messaging platform offering API and SMTP relay for application emails. It includes delivery events and webhook support for message lifecycle automation.

It is used for authentication flows, service notifications, and transactional commerce emails. Organizations usually evaluate API ergonomics, deliverability quality, webhook coverage, and day-to-day operational control.

About Sweego

Sweego is not a company. It is a product of MINDBAZ, a société par actions simplifiée at 19 rue d’Amiens in Lille, RCS Lille 893 278 382, share capital EUR 195,776, incorporated on 20 January 2021. No entity named Sweego exists in the French register; the product’s own legal notice names Mindbaz as publisher. The three officers are all natural persons — Sébastien Lemire as président, with Pierre-Yves Dubreucq and Coralie Ladent as directeurs généraux — so the ownership chain terminates on the first hop.

The Mindbaz brand dates to 2008 and spent six years inside M6, the French broadcaster, which acquired it in 2015. Its three founders bought it back in March 2021; the investor Finorpa records EUR 500,000 of equity in that deal, EUR 300,000 of it its own, against the EUR 1.5 million of total financing reported in the press. INSEE puts the company in the 10-19 employee band for 2024. The 2025 accounts are filed with the income statement withheld, as French law permits a company this size, so no revenue figure is public; the filed net result is a loss of EUR 703,272.

The sovereignty claim is unusually checkable, because it is visible in the routing tables. Mindbaz is its own RIPE local internet registry: it holds AS213668 and the 45.139.72.0/22 allocation, both registered to the French company, and sweego.io resolves inside that block and is announced by that AS — the marketing site runs on Mindbaz’s own address space rather than a third party’s. Sending is separate: the domain’s SPF record delegates to spf.mindbaz-smtp.com, which authorises three OVH ranges and one Scaleway address. Sweego itself launched in late 2023, two years after the domain was registered.

Two things a buyer should know. The only certification named anywhere is ISO 50001 on the datacentres, which covers energy management rather than information security — there is no ISO 27001, SOC 2 or HDS claim, and no security page. And the terms commit to an obligation de moyens with no availability percentage, so there is no service-level agreement to hold the vendor to.
